Well, its been another wonderful spring week. I love this spring weather - Wind, Rain, Snow, Hail and Sun all in the space of 10 minutes. Thursday was a gorgeous day and just when I thought things were looking up the temperatures drop, the wind comes up and its downright cold today - 37 degrees. It is supposed to be that way for the next three. days. At least that's the weather forecast.
MY weekend will be filled with plenty of sunshine. The "grand girls" are coming to visit. That will put lots of smiles on my face and happy thoughts in my mind. Now I just have to think up enough things to keep a couple of energetic 12 year olds busy. I am thinking barbecued hamburgers and some popcorn might be the ticket - along with a movie. That will give Grandma a chance to take a nap. Maybe we will do a little shopping too. Whatever we do, it will be a rewarding experience and memories enough to last a lifetime. Best I cut this short and begin preparing for a "Memory Making Visit".
In the words of my father, "That's it For Today".

Jenny, when our grandkids come for a visit...it is always a memory event. If you know what I mean. We have had as many as 7 grandkids here at one time!!! We have 6 girls and 3 boys. By the time they leave Maw and Poppa are completely spent. But for some unknow reason we have them back time and time again...good it be we have a senior moment?
